International professional certificate

The "Union internationale de la boulangerie et de la boulangerie-pâtisserie", called UIB, is the worldwide association of bakers and baker-confectioners craft. The vocational training is one of its main assignments.

The various training systems and the very different standards required a coordination in the basic training among the involved countries.

With the international professional certificate the holder is able to prove that he/she is a qualified baker, confectioner or baker-confectioner and it gives the employer the guarantee that he/she is capable to accomplish the tasks mentioned in it.

The professional associations of each authorized country dispose of the necessary information and make out this international professional certificate.
